- Products must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition with all tags intact.
- Items that show signs of wear, alteration, or damage will not be accepted.
Return & Exchange Process
- Clients must contact our support team to initiate the request.
- Once approved, instructions for return shipment will be provided.
- All returns must be shipped within the approved timeframe.
Shipping Fees
- Return and exchange shipping fees are the responsibility of the client.
- The same delivery fees applied during the original purchase will apply for returns and exchanges.
- In the case of an error from Sellamisk (incorrect item, defect, or damage), all shipping costs will be fully covered by us.
Non-Returnable Items

Refunds
- Approved returns will be processed after inspection.
